I have been running this business for the past 12 years and need to relocate due to a job offer which my wife has accepted in another state. The dive shop has ample of parking in front of the store, reserved for customers only. There is a large retail section with plenty of equipment stocked and a medium sized office in the back. Accessible from the side (also by car) is the large scuba equipment area with tanks and air filling station. In the smaller secondary shop, we store scuba rental equipment and teach dive courses.
