Our diving center is an SSI Dive Center, as well as a Aqualung Partner Center, located in The Azores, on the Island of Terceira in the city of Praia da Vitória. We are a small to medium-sized dive center for sale located next to the local marina. The dive center is in walking distance to large hotels, apartments, bars and restaurants. Nearby is also the largest sandy beach on the island with a great view of Praia da Vitória bay. Thanks to our favorable location there is a regular customer flow during the summer season, from May to October. During the wintertime, we have a group of local divers who join us most weekends. The locals are very interested in advancing their diving education so we have courses running almost all year round. Furthermore, near Praia da Vitória there is an American Military Base. The majority of the military stationed here are on the island without family. They are generally young so they actively look for activities to do in their free time and they rotate every year so there is a constant need for training and courses. Since 2008 we have built the diving center into a growing business with a good reputation for safety, quality, enjoyable diving and unique diving experiences including both shore and boat dives all around the coast of Terceira. For the more experienced we even offer off shore diving, one of the many things Azorean diving is known for. Praia da Vitória city is the best harbor on Terceira to access the unique dive site the “Don João Castro Bank”, a submerged active volcano full of marine life where we regularly see mobula rays. When diving off shore there is also the possibility to see blue sharks which we have been experimenting with the past few years, we believe that there is large potential for this to be explored and developed. We operate throughout the year with a large social network coverage. We are in first place on Google reviews, Tripadvisor, and lots of good reviews on Facebook.
