We are seeking a partner for our dive resort in East Nusa Tenggara Indonesia, on a remote island. The land (around 2 hectares) has already been secured and there are a number of buildings already constructed: 3 guest bungalows 1 private bungalow with an office (for the management/owner) 1 kitchen 1 restaurant, bar and lounge area 1 dive center under construction 1 staff house 1 storage We have road access and waterfront access. Dive sites are all within a 30-45 minute radius by speedboat. We are looking for a partner to help share the financial and day-to-day responsibility on a rotating basis, ideally already with experience in Indonesia doing business and living in remote areas. A plus would be mechanical, electrical and plumbing knowledge, knowledge of dive equipment maintenance, and engine maintenance. Seeking a partner who has a passion for diving and conservation. We would need $100'000 to complete the project within the next 6 months and $200'000 following the opening to add 4 more bungalows, a speedboat and other facilities. Available to meet in Bali initially to discuss further.
