One of Indonesia's leading liveaboard scuba dive operation is looking for an active or passive partner. Due to high demand in our liveaboard cruises onboard our own 36 meters steel constructed vessel, we are planning to add a brand-new yacht to our fleet. The investment of 250,000 US$ is needed to build the new liveaboard yacht. The total building cost of the yacht will be about 1 Million USD. We already have the remaining funds in place. The current shareholders are reinvesting some of their profits into the new project. With this investment you would become a 25% shareholder. We are welcome any serious investor who is willing to be an active partner in the business. However, you also can be a quiet shareholder. We already run another liveaboard boat of the same size. We are planning to build the new yacht more luxury. This will result in higher trip prices and a faster return on investment.
Reason for Selling:
This is a 25% share offer for a new luxury liveaboard boat operation in Indonesia. We are NOT selling the company.
Expansion Opportunities:
With the new liveaboard yacht, we can offer new trips and be able to operate all year round. We are planning to offer longer Bali - Komodo cruises which are very popular.

If you are an active investor and would like to work with us in Bali or with our sales team through the Internet, we can offer all support there is. We already did this once with one of the current shareholders, who is now reinvesting again into the new project.
