We keep detailed and precise financial records, which will be openly shared with any serious buyer. We are growing due to a few key strategic factors: #1) We have an excellent reputation and online presence. We have 100% customer satisfaction in online reviews. We are #1 in TripAdvisor for all tours in our area. We currently have over 75,000 views of our Google Business profile in the last month. #2) We have a physical shop location that is very centrally located in this area, making us easy to find for walk-ins or anyone who has already seen us online. #3) We have a perfect record of safety. This and consistently good customer service has helped us build a strong reputation, with a number of repeat guests or guests arriving through good word of mouth. We are a fully legal limited liability company with 4 foreigner work permits available. We are fully licensed, with TAT License and permission to operate in the National Park. All of our licenses are current and taxes paid. The main reason we are selling is because of our child, who we want to enroll in a school closer to our original home, close to the grandparents.
