Introduction We have opened a newly built eco-friendly beach resort in 2019, on a little tropical island in Central Visayas, which is world-renown as a unique diving destination, as well as for it’s pristine beaches and unspoiled tropical scenery. The island plays a central role in the region’s economy, where majority of tourists are divers and travellers who want to get away from the crowds and surround themselves with crystal clear water and white sand beaches. Daily domestic and international flights arrive to the airport located at four hours drive and only thirty minutes boat journey to the island. We have an excellent beach front location on the busiest beach of the island. The business operation was successfully launched with 5 hotel rooms, a beach bar and a restaurant. Most concrete structures are already built for the creation of a future dive center and some diving equipments been already purchased too. Our concept and brand name has started to gain popularity and customer recognition online. We are now working on the website. What are we looking for? We are currently looking for a partner who is interested to invest in starting a dive center.
