We are small, well known and popular dive center on the west coast of Thailand on the island of Koh Lanta. It has been operated by us for 13 years, starting off with a small staff contingent of 2 instructors. We now operate the business with 7 dive staff. Essentially, a seasonal business that operates between September and May, although there have been promising signs over the last 2 years that it could become a full year-long season, with the peak being between November and March. All licences, local documentation and a work permit are included in the business, as well as residential apartments above the dive centre. We also have a restaurant / bar facility, with the necessary restaurant and liquor licences in place. Fully geared to take up to 20 divers out per day, with gear. Secure storage and gear washing area is conveniently placed behind the dive centre. A pickup truck is included for guest transfers to and from their resorts / boats daily.
