Fully licenced and legal dive centre for sale in Lanzarote. Full recreational and technical dive centre offering Air, Nitrox and Trimix. We have also also just had our 5 year PESCA inspection and the last 2 GEAS inspections (Gardia Civil Police) have been favourable. We are currently a SSI Diamond Center offering recreational and XR Technical courses, TDi/SDi 5 Star Instructor Training Facility and BSAC (British Sub Aqua Club) Diver Training Centre and the only BSAC Technical Center in the Canaries. Perfect location on the harbour with the house reef a short distance from the centre, 2 local dive boats that can be chartered daily at a small cost. No need to have your own boat or expensive running costs, repairs or cost of a patron. Boats located 50m from Dive Centre. We have a purpose built Category 1 Fill Station with 2 Coltri MCH23 compressors (purchased Jan 2022 approx 700 hours and Jan 2023 approx 125 hours) and a Coltri membrane LP300 (purchased Jan 2023). Fill panels one each for air and Nitrox and a 3rd mixing panel for Trimix. Also, 2 Nitrox banks 50L and 2 air banks 50L and a double action booster pump. The whole system has recently passed the 5 year OCA inspection, a complete project submitted and accepted by Industria. We are also a visual inspection centre for cylinders and also trained in Cressi Equipment Servicing and Maintenance. The Dive Centre is built out of 6 locals, Dive shop (2 locals), with reception desk and service desk as well as display areas for stock. We have fibre for internet access at 100Mb/s Changing room (2 locals) with 3 toilets, 1 hand wash basin, 2 showers and lockers. Equipment room (1 local) with full range of school equipment, and various cylinders for air, Nitrox, side mount and technical diving. We have a large outdoor area for rinsing & drying kit, kitting up and seating for customers. We have a very loyal customer base with large number returning divers every year. The Dive Center is a Spanish S.L company meaning this is an easy transfer to a new owner and no licenses will need to be changed.
