We have a great instructor with over 3500 dives and he speaks great English. We also have a 10-person boat with a new motor and a Captain that's been on the beach for over 20 years. He's a great asset.
Reason for Selling:
My business partner failed to make his financial contribution and I can't carry it on my own.
Expansion Opportunities:
Sosua Beach is pretty small but will soon be undergoing a major upgrade, including condos and a new shop, as well as an expanded parking lot. The dive center is the largest on the beach but could be expanded to a second location.
Offered Support for the new owner:
The shop has three employees and access to freelance instructors when the crazy busy season starts. We employ Captain Domingo, Angel, our instructor, and Miguel, our resident do-everything guy. Total annual wages are around $ 30000 USD.
