After 10 years of wonderful adventure, I wish to return to my country and am looking for a buyer for my dive center located on the island of Gran Canaria. It is a family-run dive center with a very strong reputation, appreciated for the quality and professionalism of its services. The center has been legally established for 10 years, boasting excellent profitability and is fully operational. The equipment is renew, maintained, and updated according to needs and the steady increase in activity. The dive sites are varied and interesting, with plenty of wildlife. Favorable diving conditions all year round and a clientele year-round. The club currently has a business that keeps two instructors busy and paid year-round. The clientele is predominantly French-speaking, but not exclusively; a significant portion is Spanish-speaking and international. For the time being, we have made a qualitative choice to limit ourselves to 12 divers per trip. Our infrastructure would allow for much more. The spacious center is located next to a renowned marine protected area, but we dive all over the island. In no rush to leave my island and favorite club, I am willing to provide support for the necessary and reasonable time to the future buyer. Es un centro familiar con una gran reputación, apreciado por la calidad y seriedad de sus servicios. Centro legal y establecido desde hace 10 años con excelente rentabilidad y en pleno funcionamiento. El equipo se monitoriza, mantiene y renueva según las necesidades y el aumento regular de la actividad. Sitios de buceo variados e interesantes, mucha vida salvaje. Condiciones favorables para buceo durante todo el año y clientela durante todo el año. Actualmente el club cuenta con una actividad que mantiene ocupados a dos instructores y les permite pagarles todo el año. La clientela es mayoritariamente francófona, pero no exclusivamente; una parte importante es hispanohablante e internacional. Por el momento hemos tomado una decisión cualitativa y nos hemos limitado a 12 buceadores por salida. Nuestra infraestructura permitiría mucho más. El espacioso centro está situado junto a una zona marina protegida de gran prestigio, pero buceamos por toda la isla. Après 10 années d’une belle aventure je souhaite revenir en France et cherche un repreneur pour mon centre de plongée situé sur l’île de Grande-Canarie. Il s’agit d’un club familial disposant d’une très forte notoriété, apprécié pour la qualité et le sérieux de ses prestations. Centre légal et établi depuis 10 avec une excellente rentabilité et pleinement opérationnel. Le matériel est suivi, entretenu et renouvelé en fonction des besoins et de l’augmentation régulière de l’activité. Sites de plongées variés et intéressants, beaucoup de faune. Conditions de plongée favorables toute l’année et clientèle toute l’année. Actuellement le club a une activité qui occupe et permet de rémunérer deux moniteurs toute l’année. La clientèle est majoritairement francophone, mais pas uniquement, une portion non négligeable est hispanophone et internationale. Nous avons fait pour l’instant un choix qualitatif de nous limiter à 12 plongeurs par sortie. Nos infrastructures permettraient largement plus. Le centre spacieux, est situé à côté d’une aire marine protégée à forte réputation mais nous plongeons partout dans l’île. Pas pressé de quitter mon île et club de coeur je suis disposé à assurer un accompagnement le temps nécessaire et raisonnable au futur repreneur.
