One 15 Meter Outrigger boat .Cottage for the tenants 1xBEDROOM,1X LIVINGROOM,1X CR With shower ,1x Terrace with seaview included The Dive Center is Located on a small Isand in the Visayas with easy Connection to a City. Within 60 Km no other Dive Center is located and, with 2 Marine Protected Areas with around 300hectars where only our Dive Center is allowed tu dive. We look for Tenants who are willing to operate the Dive Center on there own and Marked. The Center is located in a Resort with High Standards and 15Years of experience in customer service,for International and Local Guest. The Resort is an 5 hectares property and can accommodate up to 60 Persons overnight. The tenants should be as well be responsible to entertainthe Diving Guest and should be at least Dive Instructors to accommodate Dive Courses. THe Rent for the whole establishment include said acccommodation is 1.500 USD per month. To paid as an Annual due ahead for 1 Year. An 12.000 USD security Deposit for Boat and Equipments will be required for the rental. Electricity and Water and Tax is included in the rental Additional Cost for the Tenants Qualified Boat-operators and Dive guides on Daily Wage to be hired from the Resort Maintenance for Equipment and Boat Gas and Diesel for Boat and Compressors Visa Expenses
