Our PADI 5 star IDC center called Lagos Divers is located in a great location in the busy and upcoming city of Lagos in the beautiful Algarve, Portugal. Tourism knows a steady growth in this area and so is the dive center, the dive center is operating for 2 years and in 2022 we got a fiber boat with a brand new 300hp Suzuki engine, meaning you won’t have any engine problems for the coming years! Also acquired this year is a brand-new Coltri silent compressor, we have made a big investment in new equipment of Seac and working with them to become a seac dive center as they offer us very competitive rates in equipment. This means that all the big investments have been done and the dive center is ready to turn a great profit without any headaches! Our dive dive center can be found on multitude of websites, brochures and social media! We are proud to say that we have a large returning customer base. Our operations: In the morning we take certified divers and do confined lessons, in the afternoons our boat goes out for DSD´s, reviews and training dives. We are well located to visit the ocean revival park, which is a top visit for any diver coming to the Algarve and those trips sell out weeks in advanced. For the rest we have beautiful reef dives around the cliffs of ponta da Piedade, a highlight above and under water for anyone visiting the Algarve. Main assets: all papers in order and fully legal. The dive center during the high season is ideally operated with a total of 5 staff, shoulder season 3 staff. The dive center is ideal for a couple to run, unfortunately me and my partner have decided to go our own ways and as we build up the dive center together it does not feel right for one of us to continue alone. We are not in a hurry to sell, we want to sell to the right people who we know will keep building the dive center, we will be offering direct help for the first month and still be around for the seconth month after the purchase has been done.
