The property was bought in 2012 and completely renovated for the use of a diving centre: reception with exposure rack, classroom equipped with teaching aids, storage room and workshop corner, dressing room with lockers, external shower, rinsing brickwork tank in open air drying area with racks, inset for compressor (with specific electrical installation), WC toilet with shower, cooking corner. Obviously at ground floor, part of a little apartment block with sea view. On the second floor of the building there is an apartment with rooms for rent (with bathroom) overlooking the gulf. The building is located in front of a little beach (where we use to go for dive classes) and in the nearby, within walking distance, there is the little port where the dive boat collects the divers for the excursions. What are we offering: 1) the property for sale, with or without furniture and dive equipment 2) the property for rent, with or without furniture and dive equipment. We are not selling our dive business, as we are only changing location. The diving season in Sicily is mainly from May to October but as near to Palermo City which is visited all year round, it is possible to expand the season for other 4 months and offer dive training to locals, as well. No other competitors in the area, by the moment. Our last season in full operation was in 2018. As we acquired another dive company elsewhere, we worked here part-time exclusively as a training centre and used as HQ office.

We do not live permanently in Palermo anymore, we are moving :-)

As the dive operations have eased in the last 5 years, any assistance to maintain operational continuity is not needed.
