This business has been operational for 6 years and in that time has grown a huge client base with many returning customers that dive each year. Gran Canaria has an all year round season. This particular dive centre has incredibly busy months from April to the beginning of January. This business is an SL company which means purchase of the business is incredibly simple, no need to change any licences, the new owners can continue working immediately after the sale. A busy dive centre with low overheads makes this a highly profitable business. The business is priced at asset value plus 3 X the profit of last year. So you will regain your investment within 3 years at the current rate. However, the profits are expected to increase dramatically this year with an additional 9 seater van added to the company. This is to solve last year's problem of not having enough van space to take all divers who wanted to dive with us. Included in the price: -1 X 9 seater van year 2023 -1 X 9 seater van year 2019 -1 X 5 seater van year 2017 -1 X LMW compressor -Brand new and well maintained diving equipment. 20 complete sets -40 Steel cylinders -Promotional materials and equipment in the shop. Rent of premises is 700 euros a month, with a 5 year contract. The contract will be made with the existing owners who you will have a good working relationship with. There is also the option to buy the premises from the existing owners for 100,000 (valued by Euroval in February 2023 for 120,000. Evaluation can be provided) Although we have had the most amazing experience building up this dive centre and continue to love our day to day work, after 6 years we are very open minded to exploring new challenges. There are many many expansion opportunities. Thankfully the last few years we have not needed to focus so much on marketing as our workload was sufficient. However, if a new owner wanted to expand with more instructors and more transportation, this is a great opportunity to do so.
Also, nearby tourist developments will increase tourist numbers in the area of the dive centre and there are lots of other ways to get clients, we have just been happy with the workload that we have.
