ENGLISH El Hierro is the smallest of the Canary Islands and is the only one that does not base its economy on mass tourism. Its visitors are quality tourism that seeks places intact and away from the large crowds. The island and its inhabitants seek sustainability with the environment and nature and has been declared a Biosphere Reserve since the year 2000. The diving area comprises of 24 different dive sites, 12 of which are within the Mar de las Calmas Marine Reserve and only authorized diving centers may dive in said reserve, and this has attracted numerous clients eager to dive in the reserve for more than 25 years. On this island, diving is possible throughout the year and our center has divers every day of the year. Our diving center has been in operation for 22 years and is currently the busiest diving center catering for the majority of the divers on the island (fully demonstrable). We can demonstrate all the courses, try-dives and diving trips that we carry out every year. All the accounts of the center are fully demonstrable through our bookkeeper in Tenerife, with balances, corporate taxes, etc... At the pace of work in recent years, the investment is recoverable within the first 3-4 years. The center has all the documentation in order: captaincy, industry, fishing, OCA, registration of business activity, registration in tourism, authorization to develop the activity in the marine reserve, etc... Wide portfolio of clients with regulars who repeat year after year, travel agencies, clubs and diving centers in the Canary Islands, Mainland Spain and the rest of Europe. The diving center has about 100 square meters inside and about 80 square meters of terrace for rinsing and drying the diving equipment. The price of the diving center includes: - 2 identical boats (8m x 3m) both with Yamaha 225cv 6-cylinder engines, manufactured specifically for diving comfort and with a capacity each for 12 divers + crew. - Bauer 350l compressor - Bauer 250l compressor - Nitrox Coltri membrane - 84 diving tanks (12l and 15l) all hydrostatically tested until 2027 and visuals up to date. All rental material is constantly renewed (maximum use 18 months): • 40 Aqualung and Cressi wet suits • 30 Aqualung and Cressi brand jackets • 30 complete Aqualung and Cressi regulators (all with up-to-date certificates) • 30 Cressi thermal vests • 30 Cressi diving masks • 30 pairs of Cressi fins • 40 pairs of Cressi booties • 20 dive computers Miscellaneous spare parts (tank valves, straps for masks and fins, boat oil, boat spare parts, etc...) La zona de buceo comprende 24 puntos diferentes de los cuales 12 de ellos son dentro de la Reserva Marina Mar de las Calmas y solo pueden bucear en dicha reserva los centros de buceo autorizados, lo cual atrae a numerosos clientes deseosos de sumergirse en esta reserva desde hace mas de 25 años. En esta isla el buceo es posible durante todo el año y nuestro centro tiene buceadores todos días del año. Nuestro centro de buceo lleva en funcionamiento 22 años y en la actualidad es el centro de buceo que más buceadores mueve de la isla (totalmente demostrable). Todos los cursos, bautizos y salidas de buceo que realizamos cada año los podemos demostrar. Todas las cuentas del centro totalmente demostrables a través de nuestra asesoría en Tenerife, con balances, impuestos de sociedades, etc... Al ritmo de trabajo de estos últimos años la inversion se recupera en los 3-4 primeros años. El centro se entrega con todas las documentaciones en regla: capitanía, industria, pesca, OCA, alta de actividad empresarial, alta en turismo, autorización para desarrollar la actividad en la reserva marina, etc... Amplia cartera de clientes que nos repiten año tras año, agencias de viaje, clubs y centros de buceo de Canarias, península y resto de Europa.
