I am selling my operation in Puerto Rico, I have contracts with 3 Hotels, 1 with 1,000 rooms, another one with 600 rooms, and another one with 400 rooms, also I have all permits, 2 Diesel Boats( it is the standard here in Puerto Rico), in great Conditions, one for 30 snorkelers 26 divers, another one for 17 snorkelers 12 divers US Coast Guard approve, I also owned the SNUBA Franchise in PR and Sea Trek, as we do other activities, I have 2 transportation Vans with all permits and all concessions to operate, we are a PADI 5 Star IDC Center.

Something that can be very enticing is that the business have until 2022 a great Tax exemption package where the business pay very little tax, I am exempt 90% income tax, 90% property tax, 90% municipal tax, if I buy new equipment I am exempt for 100% of the 7% sales tax.


We also dive in an area where we do a lot of Wall diving that have more that 500 feet depth, sharks, great visibility, where the buyer might  want to develop more of  technical diving.
