Hey Mate, I am now looking for a investor but not for my Liveaboard anymore that I offered before. I am willing to sell 100% of the budget Liveaboard in Komodo for usd110 000. If you are interested keep the boat and running it as a dive center under a established company that has the perfect dive shop on the main road in Labuan Bajo, we are taking care of everything, basically you will have everything served on a silver-plate and the boat will be ready to make money the I will charge you an additional fee. The company is going ask for % of the revenue as agent fee. We prefer if you wanna be active and run the boat under mikumba divings name and their term&conditions. If you can not be involved we can help you and we can hire more people to run your boat. The boat "Nusantara" is a 22m long 4m wide and a traditional cargo boat from Java. We bought her and took her to Labuan Bajo (Komodo) and we took of everything from the boat except the hull and the engine and we rebuild the boat completely. We have used here as day trip boat until now but the plan was run it as a safari boat and people stay on 2n3d. there is 8 bunkbeds in the lower cabin and we are offering mattresses on upper deck. There is dive equipment included I don't know many fullsets but at least 10 fullset brand new dive gear. there is also small dinghy boat in good condition and a engine 40hp Yamaha. So the benefits here is that I already have established a company that has good reputation already. We are based in Labuan Bajo on the main road wich is good for marketing and we get many guest who is doing day trip and the guest spreading the word about Mikumba diving. the dive shop is brand new prob one of the nicest one in Labuan Bajo. I already have agents and bookings is coming in. I own the PMA company Mikumba diving wich mean I can own up to 99% of the company and my wife who is local own 1%. We can not own a boat as a foreigner but there is another option. On the GROSS ACTA (the paper that says who own the boat) it was in my wife name before but now when I have PMA company I can put my company as a owner of the boat and if I own the company then I will own the boat as well. And their is no problem for foreigner to invest. Contract will be made together with a Notaris and the contract is very strong and no one will or get screwed. So everything is basically already set up the boat is ready . So this is a very good opportunity to invest maybe not only for one person you maybe are few friends who wanna invest and run this project?. the company is up and already be running for 3 years and making money and having good reviews on trips advisor .
