Reason for Selling:
Starting a new brokerage business which doesn't allow me to stay owner/operator as the Broker Associations consider this a conflict of interest. So I am forced to sell :-(

New cruise boat dock in the BVI (www.tortolapier.com) allows a lot more cruise boats in and Day Charters are in high demand. Tourism is the new focus of the BVI government after losing a lot of their offshore tax haven business in the last years due to global restrictions. Tourism to the BVI was soaring due to this effort.
