Very Well established Sail and Dive business in the sailing capital of the world with more than 100 dives sites including some of the top 10 Caribbean dives. British Virgin Islands. Many repeat guests, well supported by brokers and agents. Just Google Mimbaw and you will see many many brokers who offer Mimbaw for charter.

May 2017 boat show will introduce you to the brokers/agents
You decide how much you want to work and how much money you want/need to make. Take it easy semi-retirement do 1 character a month and make a comfortable income (after broker and variable costs like provisioning) of 10k a month. Push it and do 25 charters a year and make 250k a year. It's up to you. I did 25 charters a year so I could refit Mimbaw without paying out of my own pocket and I took it easy with 15 yachters a year. sales revenue is based on 18 charters 5 guests everage which is very low.

Mimbaw has new engines (2000 hours) many upgrades during refit with 160k invested (without my work counted for). Green solar powered electricity aboard running, fridges, freezers, water maker, 110 power outlets etc. Mimbaw won the safe the blue award of the Charter Yacht Broker Association :-). Air-condition on the dock,
Dive gear for 7 guests with 24 bottles and all toys included, Big dinghy for wakeboarding/waterskiing/towables/diving all included.

Very long season of 10 months and with a 13k weekly rate they guests pay usually around 2k tip a week. THis is more than enough to live on as a couple. You'll be enjoying Mimbaw in your days off so hardly any private expenses.

Reason for Selling:
Starting a new brokerage business which doesn't allow me to stay owner/operator as the Broker Associations consider this a conflict of interest. So I am forced to sell :-(

Expansion Opportunities:
New cruise boat dock in the BVI (www.tortolapier.com) allows a lot more cruise boats in and Day Charters are in high demand. Tourism is the new focus of the BVI government after losing a lot of their offshore tax haven business in the last years due to global restrictions. Tourism to the BVI was soaring due to this effort. This season some guests waited one year to visit the BVI but they come next season. I received even extra bookings right after the hurricane. Might be busy next season as many charteryachts sunk.

Offered Support for the new owner:
* Introduction to the best brokers/agents in the world during Charter Boat Shows * Work permit, Paperwork, * Promoting Mimbaw in my new brokerage business as a preferred yacht
