This location is the best for Burma and Surin liveaboards It's possible to relocate boat anywhere in Thailand e.g. Khao Lak, Phuket The boat is in good condition. We made a big and expensive refurbishment last season. All generators, compressor, engines are fully serviced. Main deck cabins are new and we installed new air conditions. Dinghy is serviced and has 4-stroke engine less than 150 working hours. Customers has been happy and have given only 5 star reviews Boat and company is ready for cruising. Not need to make big refurbishment, just clean and some paint and some inexpensive service. I have good contacts to boat workers, crew, captain and I can give all required help. The boat is originally made in Malaysia from Takien Tong hard wood. Then it transferred to Phuket and after that is was in private use. Then we bought it 2016 and made expensive refurbishment. For example main deck cabins are also from Takien Tong wood. I have been told that this kind of hard wood boat has longer lifetime than steel boat. I can sell only boat, or boat and company together. I have plans to go back to software work, and this is reason why I'm selling my boat, I'm too busy for both jobs.
