British owned dive shop on Koh Tao Island in Thailand for sale. We are the only BSAC centre in the area. Many repeat bookings from our customers and many repeat visits. We are one of Koh Tao's leading dive centres, offering BSAC and PADI courses from absolute beginner to Instructor training. We own our own 22 meters dive boat which can carry up to 40 divers plus staff. It is one of the most popular dive boats on Koh Tao. The boat operates all year long and is fully booked almost 90% of the year. We have good relationships with our neighboring dive centres who fill up remaining spaces (if any) with their customers. We are the only dive centre on Koh Tao operating this way and we are very successful with it. The boat is part of the business and will be sold with the company. Our main business however are diving courses and instructor training. We offer 10-12 IDCs per year in 2 different languages. We have 2 fulltime employed course directors working for us. Beginner courses start 3 times per week. Usually we have 8 students per group. We have many repeat customers, also large groups from the UK that visit us nearly every year. Reason for Selling:
My wife and I started with the business 18 years ago and were running it for that many years. It is time for a change. We would like to leave Thailand and move on.
