I'm retiring from business, and the DC needs a dynamic person to expand into the newly opened European GAP year markets. Very active YouTube Channel, highly regarded by the Mauritian authorities, and which has become an ideal venue for IDC training for Europe, the Middle East and the Eastern Bloc. The infrastructure lends itself ideally to OPen Water Training. We have a 14 suite guesthouse (not included) above the diving centre for trainees, and they will be able to directly access the beach in front of the DC.
Offered Support for the new owner:
I will continue to dive film and write as long as the new owner needs me. Split into Training and Diving Companies, with a friendly sociable crew a Coffee shop and Breakfast Bar, accommodation, a busy Diving Centre and great group of guys. Pereybere is a great place to live, with Mon Choisy Golf, our Diners club, Tavern brewery, and a sociable group of local residents. Plenty of really nice inexpensive accommodation in the area as well.
