Hey guys, I am opening up my second dive center in Labuan bajo (Komodo Indonesia) the company is new and we have not running any trips yet. We are going to focus on liveaboard only to start with and we will be operating in komodo and Raja Ampat. May to September we will be in Komodo. September to November we will explore the ring of fire like East Flores, Alor , Banda sea , Banda Neira , Ambon forgotten island. Then from November to April we will be operating in Raja Ampat. Then April to may we will explore the ring of fire again. Our new dive shop is located on the main road of Labuan bajo. We are doing some renovation now and make sure it looks goods. So I have just finished a brand new Phinisi boat. The boat was build in Bira in South Sulawesi and the interior was made in Labuan. She is 25mx5m and can take 12 guest. 12 guest is a perfect number so it’s not gonna be crowded. She has 4 cabins. But we are going to make 1-2 more cabin for dive guides and guest. the boat has only done one trip and it was when we moved the boat from Bira to Labuan Bajo. The boat is made of Kayu besi (ironwood) and teak for the interior. She has water maker and can produce 500l/h and you can drink the water as well. she is NOT a luxury boat. But I would say she is a nice midrange boat. There is some more thing I wanna upgrade on the boat and I would like to have active partner who has experience in the diving industry. The role would be operational manager/cruise director. Helping out with marketing, bookings and all the normal things you have do to as managers. Silent partner would also be interested. I am willing to sell 20-25% And asking price is $40-45k depends on how many % you buy. I am open for suggestions. We will not stop with just one boat soon as we are established we will build a second boat. It will be a bigger boat that is suited for longer expeditions.
